摘要
高压电缆的各组成层的内径、外径和各层的同轴度是恒量电缆质量的重要参数。本文运用x射线透视原理对电缆的几何参数进行非接触在线检测 ,建立表征电缆同轴度误差的数学模型。仪器由两组x射线的发射器与接收器对组成 ,在线扫描电缆的截面 ,检测电缆几何参数 ,经计算机处理后对前级挤塑机进行控制。
The inner diameter,out diameter and coaxality of every constituent layer for high voltage cable are important parameters determining the quality of cable.In this paper,the x ray perspective principle is used to the non contact on line inspection of the geometric parameters of cable,and the mathematic model of coaxality expressing the cable is built.The instrument is made of two groups of x ray emitter and teceiver.It can on line scans the section of cable and measures geometric parameters of the cable,control the preceding stage extruding plastic machine by computer processing.The reasonable method of the on line inspecting instrument of cable and the design of microprocessor are given.
