摘要 对周转轮系自动变速装置的运动分析和运动综合给出了一种新的解析方法 ,即将周转轮系自动变速装置分解成若干个基本周转轮系 ,运动分析时 ,基本传动比可以从基本周转轮系的运动学方程中求出 ,其它传动比依据传动比之间的关系求出 ;运动综合时 ,精确的齿数比可以从每一个基本周转轮系的运动学方程和几何约束方程中求出。该方法不需要优化处理就可得出解析解。在此基础上 ,用VB语言开发出了一个周转轮系计算机辅助运动分析和运动综合的软件 ;该软件操作简便 ,具有良好的人机界面 ,在操作过程中随时给出提示 ,以便用户输入正确的数据。 A new method is presented in this paper for the kinematic analysis and synthesis of Epicyclic Gear Mechanisms (EGM) for automatic transmissions. The EGM is decomposed into several basic EGMs. To perform the overall speed ratio analysis of an EGM, the basic speed ratios are derived from the kinematic equations and the other speed ratios are derived from the basic speed ratios and the speed ratio relations. To perform the gear ratios synthesis, the exact solution of gear ratios is obtained from the kinematic equation and the geometric constraint of each basic EGM. The advantage of this method is that the kinematic synthesis of EGMs can be solved without the need of optimization manipulation. Based on this, a program is developed in VB language to analyze and synthesize the EGMs kinematically, which has a perfect man_machine interface and could be manipulated easily. All kinds of help are shown in order that user can input correct data.
