摘要
从海南岛产野生百部,细花百部(Stemona parviflora Wright C.H.)的根部又分得三个新生物碱,分别命名为细花百部酰胺(parvistemoamide)(1),细花百部次碱(parvistemoline)(2)和脱氢细花百部碱(didehydroparvistemonine)(3).经 IR,MS,~1H 和^(13)C NMR、NOE 差谱,2D-同核及异核相关谱等技术推定了结构.同时归属了它们的~1H 和^(13)C NMR 信号.
Further three new alkaloids,namely parvistemoamide,parvistemoline anddidehydroparvistemonine were isolated from the roots of Stemona parviflora Wright C.H.,collected from Hainan island,southern China,Their structures were elucidatedby IR,MS,~1H and ^(13)C NMR,NOE difference,2D homo- and hetero-nuclear correlatedspectra analyses and chemical conversion.
