摘要
利用紫外可见分光光度计、荧光光度计及原子力显微镜测定罗丹明B与双链DNA的相互作用方式 ,探讨罗丹明B对DNA的识别模式和作用机制 。
The recognition mode and mechanism of Rhodamine B with DNA has been detected by using the UV-Vis spectrophotometer, fluorophotometer, atomic force microscope (AFM), which gives some valuable information to the specific pharmaceutical recognition of DNA in molecular level.
