摘要
从南蛇藤(Celastrus gemmatus)的根皮中分得两个新的倍半萜化合物(1和2),经高场核磁和高分辨质谱分析,推定1为1β,6α,8β-三乙酰氧基-2β,12-二异丁酰氧基-9α-(β-呋喃甲酰氧基)-4α-羟基-β-二氢沉香呋喃,2为1β,8α-二乙酰氧基-2β,12-二异丁酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-4α,6α-二羟基β-二氢沉香呋喃.
From the root bark of the Celastrus gemmatus plant,twe new sesquiterpenecompounds (1 and 2) were isolated.Based on the high field NMR and high resolutionmass spectral analyses,compound 1 has been elucidated as 1β,6α,8β-triacetoxy-2β,12-diisobutanoyloxy-9α-(β-furancarbonyloxy)-4α-hydroxy-β-dihy droagarofuran,and2 as 1β,8α-diacetoxy-2β 12-diisobutanoyloxy-9β-benzoyloxy-4α,6α-dihydroxy-β-dihydroagarofuran.
