摘要
采用扫描电镜、X射线能谱、红外光谱、X射线衍射、原子吸收光谱等现代仪器测试分析方法对一种磨料产品进行剖析 ,并确定其组分 。
By the testing and analysing methods of the modern instruments that include scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS), Fourier Transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS), a grinding material is analysed and its compositions are determined. The result is satisfactory.
