摘要
针对有限元分析计算带来大量数据结果的特点 ,对其后处理提出了一种动态可视化方法 ,旨在显示其三维运动状态 ,并给出了一个曲轴SAP有限元计算分析的实例 ,实现了应力云图的动画显示。该方法可推广至一般机械零部件的设计。
Aimed at the characteristic of FEM analysis and calculation,a method of dynamic visualization is advanced to deal with the lots of data and to idsplay the 3D dynamic state.FEM design of a crankshaft using SAP is used as an example to demonstrate the 3D animation of the stress map.The method advanced in this paper can be used in other components of mechanism.
