摘要
针对目前基于快速成形的人工骨骼制作方法中存在的问题 ,提出基于快速成形的人工骨烧结制造工艺方法 ,研制了气压式熔融沉积快速成形系统 (AJS)。该方法达到了材料、成形、生物活性的统一。其特点是人工骨内部微孔的数量、大小。
Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing technology plays an important role in medical diagnosis and medical treatment engineering. According to the problems existing in present artificial bone fabrication based on RP, the paper proposed an artificial bone sintering fabrication arts and crafts. For it we designed a Turbo Constant Pressure machine specially. Through the method, we integrate the material, shaping and bioactivity. The most important characteristic of this method is that the quantity, size, distribution and shape of micro-holes in the bone can be regulated and controlled.
