This thesis it introduces and comments the records in ‘Laozi’ on ancient mechanism, looking into the technology idea of ‘Laozi’.The ideas in ‘Laozi’,such as the principal of the administration must conform to the integrity of the law, existence goes together with nonexistence, to achieve anything difficult must start from easy one,anything great from small one, which has modern influence on creating something new and mental states of today's high-technology researchers, and also is practically meaningful.
