摘要
研究由几台加工中心 (WS)和一台 (多台 )自动导向小车 (AGV)组成的柔性制造系统 (FMS)的调度问题。描述了采用 AGV的 FMS调度的特点 ,建立了可变工艺路径、包含 AGV的 FMS调度问题的模型 ,形成一种新的基于有向图的可变路径表示方法。采用结合启发式规则优点的遗传算法(GA)同时调度机器和 AGV,使得 AGV调度成为 FMS集成环境下调度的一部分。提出了面向可变路径特征的交叉算子 ,采用自适应的交叉、变异策略和灵活的群体控制策略 。
The features of FMS scheduling with AGVs were discussed and a FMS scheduling model with variable routes was set up. A new method to represent variable routes using directed graphs was formed. A GA-based method combined with heuristic rules was utilized to schedule machines and AGVs simultaneously. Thus the scheduling of AGVs became an integrated part of FMS scheduling. A crossover operator named VRX was designed to the scheduling environment of the variable routes. A flexible control strategy to determine the probabilities of crossover and mutation were adopted. Finally, a large-scale example was calculated and the results show satisfactory performance.
