摘要
综述了在镦粗工艺新理论与新技术方面的研究成果 ,完善与发展了塑性力学镦粗工艺理论。提出圆柱体平板间镦粗时的刚塑性力学模型的拉应力理论和静水应力力学模型的切应力理论 ,并经定性物理模拟、光塑试验及数值模拟证明 ;提出广义滑移线法 ,将经典滑移线理论拓展到能求解所有2维问题和轴对称塑性变形问题 ;发展了主应力法 。
In the field of upsetting technology theory of engineering plasticity mechanics ,the tension stress theory of a rigid-plastic mechanics model and the shearing stress theory of a hydraulic stress model are proposed for a cylinder upset between common flat platens. the theories are testified by the qualitative physical simulation, visual-plastic experiment and numerical simulation. The generalized slip-line theory is advanced, which develops the classical slip-line theory and can be used to solve all the two-dimensional problems and axi-symmetric plastic deformation problems. The principal stress method is developed and the mechanical slab method is proposed.
