摘要
用半制备HPLC方法从黄花棘豆(Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge)种子水溶性部分中分到一个新的黄酮苷和4个已知化合物.经 HPLC 保留时间、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱等方法推定新黄酮苷的结构2为5-甲氧基-7-羟基-3-氧-β-D-半乳糖-4′-氧-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮醇苷.
One new flavonoside and four known compounds were separated from the watersoluble fractions of seed of Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge by using semi-preparativeHPLC.Four known Compounds have been identified as 2-methyl-3-hydroxy-4H-Pyran-4-one,rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galaetoside-4′-O-β-D-glucoside,rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactoside,and rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactoslde.The structure of new flavonoside,as 5-methoxy-7-hydroxy-3-O-β-D-galactoside-4′-O-β-D-glucoside,has been estab-lished on the basis of HPLC retention times and spectral evidences.
