摘要 用条件概率原理推导了处理小分子与大分子格子中 n 个残基结合,并且覆盖 n+1个(n≥2)连续格子残基这一类型键合体系的方程式,并在反铂-polyN 体系中作了应用.测得了结合常数、每个铂配合物所键合的核苷酸残基数以及交叉结合和非交叉结合的比值. The equation describing small molecule binding to the n lattice residues andcovering n+1 consecutive lattice residues(n≥2)has been derived by using simpleconditional probabilities,and has been applied to the systems of the interaction oftrans-[Pt(NH_3)_2Cl_2]with polynucleotides.The binding constants and the binding sitesize of trans-Pt to polyG,polyA and polyC at pH=5 and 7,and the ratio of overlap-cross linking to nonoverlap-cross linking formed between trans-Pt and polyN havebeen obtained.
