新型医用聚酯铸模绷带产品的研究开发

摘要 介绍了一种新型医用绷带产品的初步开发成果。首先在工厂实践基础上,经过理论分析选择确定了绷带针织基布的工艺参数;然后通过一系列探索实验和正交实验设计分析确定了聚氨酯涂层剂的优化合成配方并通过涂层实验和性能测试检验了新产品的效果。 A polyester casting bandage is developed. An appropriate polyester knitted substrate is selected firstly based on experiments and theoretical analysis; a optimal ingredients for the synthesis of coating resin (polyurethane prepolymer) is determined then through a series of trial experiments and factorial experiments; the properties of bandage are checked at last.
