摘要
从理论与实际应用的角度,阐述了激励与约束机制对调动、激发员工积极性的作用,以防范信贷风险。并在此基础 上,提出银行“内部人治理”的问题。
Combined with theory and application, the stimulus-restraint mechanism that works on stimulation of employees' enthusiasm is discussed in order to minimize the credit loan risk. Furthermore, the management of Bank insiders is also proposed.
