特种涤棉色织布经纱为多异特性的复合变形长丝和原液着色复合长丝 ;纬纱为棉的皮层 ,涤为芯层的涤棉复合丝。本文介绍该产品在染整加工中各工序的工艺要点 ,尤其对在溢流染色机上进行减量加工的工艺进行实时在线监控 。
The technical essentials in specialty T/C yarn dyed fabric dyeing and finishing process were discussed especially in alkali deweighting on overflow dyeing machine. The optimal deweighting technology was summarized.
