摘要
传统的碾米工艺大多采用净糙直接碾白的方法 ,该工艺对于低水分的糙米容易产生碎米 .本文介绍一种科学、简便、经济的新技术—糙米超声波喷雾调质技术 ,它能有效地改善糙米的加工特性 ,降低碎米率 。
The method of cleaned brown rice milled directly is usually used in traditional milling process in which broken rice of low noisture content is easily produced.A new scientific simple and economical technique of brown rice conditioning by ultrasonic wave humidifying device is introduced in this paper.Ir can improved milling characteristics effectively,lower broken rice release and raise economy benefits of mills.
