摘要
我国餐饮业劳动力市场及人才市场的逐步成熟,打破了过去高校烹饪专业毕业生有计划的指令性分配格局。因此,相关专业的高等院校必须加强对烹饪专业毕业生自主择业的指导,侧重培养其正确的就业观念,使其在激烈的竞争中顺利就业。
Labor market and talent market of diet trade of our country are getting mature, which has broken the pattern of former planned and ordered distribution for cuisine college graduates. Therefore, the colleges must guide the graduates of such majors and train right employment concept for successful employment in competition.
