干燥条件对稻谷加工品质影响的研究

The study on drying condition influcing paddy mill quality

通过试验研究了原始含水率、干燥温度、表现速度、缓苏比等干燥条件对稻谷爆腰的影响规律。干燥条件水平越高 ,稻谷爆腰率越高。建立了稻谷干燥后爆腰率与整米率的关系 ,分析后认为 ,只有爆腰严重的稻谷 。

In this paper,the influence of drying parameters upon paddy mill quality was studied.These parameters include the initial moisture,drying temperature,surface speed and tempering ratio.The higher are the drying parameters,the higher is the stress crack pentertage(SCP).The relation between the SCP and head rice yield was found.It is the postdrying paddy of heavy fail that will crack during mill.
