用于浸油的大豆粉碎与轧坯后挤压膨化的对照试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 大豆挤压膨化预处理浸油是一项新技术〔1〕 ,试验研究在同样膨化条件下 ,对照大豆粉碎后膨化与轧坯后膨化两种预处理工艺在功耗、产量、样品强度及浸出后残油率、 NSI等指标。结果显示 ,在低水分条件下 ,膨化粉碎样可以省去蒸炒、轧坯、烘干等工序 。 Extrusion-soybeans for solvent-extraction is a kind of new technology.This paper mainly discussed the consumption of power?production?intension and residual oil ratio,after extrusion crashed soybeans samples and rolled soybean samples on the same condition.It shows that extrusion soybeans may omit salting?rolling and toasting etc and the guidelines are convenient.
