摘要
依据黑龙江省高纬度稻作区特点 ,重点论述影响米质与食味的制约因素 ,提出发展绿色稻米产业的一些建议。
In this paper, according to the character of high latitude rice cultivation in Heilongjiang province, the restrict factors influencing rice quality and taste were demonstrated and some suggestion to develop green rice industry were put forward.
