介绍了双孢蘑菇的栽培历史和产销状况 ,阐述了对双孢蘑菇菌种特性的研究情况和在栽培技术方面的实践认识 .
The cultivation history and the production and marketing of Agaricus bisporus were introduced,the situation of research on the characteristics of its strain and the pratical understanding of its cultivated technique were elaborated too.
