摘要
短日植物稀脉浮萍6746一般需要4个光周期诱导而开花。在4天的SD诱导中过氧化物酶活性明显增加,诱导4天时酶活性出现高峰,接着逐渐降低。诱导结束后2天到开花酶活性变化不大。SD诱导2天时,过氧化物同工酶出现两条新酶带。诱导4天时新带活性增强,从诱导结束后2天到开花,新酶带逐渐减弱,而后消失。酯酶同工酶和酸性磷酸酯酶同工酶在SD诱导3天时分别出现1条和2条新带,诱导4天后逐渐减弱,开花时消失。
During 4 SD induction the total activity of peroxidase increased, it reached peak on the fourth day and then decreased. Two new peroxidase isoenzyme bands were observed on the second day from start of induction, they decreased during 6—8 days from start of induction and disappeared before flowering. One phosphatase isoenzyme band and two acid phosphatase isoenzyme bands appeared on the third day and disappeared after four days.
