摘要 在含有汞盐及咪唑的弱碱性介质中,利用锰对Hg-T(4TMAP)P 配合物的金属取代反应,而使T(4TMAP)P的荧光定量熄灭,由此建立了测定微量锰的荧光分析的新方法。本法用于钢中锰的测定,获得了满意的结果。 A new fluorometric method for the determination of microamo-- unts of manganese is established.It is based on the fluorescence quenching of T(4TMAP)P.This is resulted in the manganese faming a complex with T(4TMAP)P by substituting Hg in Hg-T(4TMAP)P complex in the weakly alkaline medium and in the presence of mer- cury Salt and imidazole.The method is applied the determination of manganese in steels with satisfactory results.
