摘要
在MH-Ni电池的镍正极和MH负极中加入CoO(Co)可以大幅度提高Ni(OH)2和MH合金的利用率,在本论文的实验条件下,制造高性能泡沫镍电极的合适工艺为:Ni(OH)2含Co1.3%、Zn3%,HPMC、CoO、Co掺入量分别为 0.5%、8%、 1%。通过对导电剂、添加剂、粘合剂的种类和用量以及浆料涂敷、干燥、成型等工艺参数的最佳确定,制得的 MH-Ni电池的 1C放电容量在 1300 mAh以上,1C循环寿命在 400次以上, 1C放电 1.2 V以上时间占总时 60%以上,内压小于 1.0 MPa。
The addition of CoO(Co) can、extremly increase the utilization of Ni(OH)2 and hydrogen storage alloy.The high performance Ni (OH)2 electrode were prepared with the optimized formulation:Ni (OH)2 (contain Co 1.3%,Zn 3%)+ 8%CoO + 1%Co + 0.5%HPMC + 35%H2O.The optimum preparation technology of the positive and the negative electrode were Studied in detail.The performance of AA size Ni-MH batteries assembled with these electrodes as positive or negative were observed.Their capacity are more than 1 300 mAh at 1 C rate,the efficient capacity with the output voltage above 1.2 V is larger than 60% of the total time at 1C rate,and capacity decay less than 20% after 400 cycles at 1 C rate,100% DOD. Their internal pressure is less than 1.0 MPa.
