摘要
详细介绍了圆柱型金属氢化物镍蓄电池(QNY10)的研制过程。该电池正极板采用烧结镍电极,通过共沉积钴和表面钴处理,极板容量达 550 mAh/cm3以上。负极采用 AB5型包覆铜合金粉,通过改进制作工艺,极板生产适合连续化。使用改性处理的聚丙烯无纺布,电池的循环寿命有很大的提高。采用改进的电解液,电池充电温度降低,电极充电效率提高。
The development of cylindrical Ni-MH battery (QNY10) was introduced.lts positive electrode was produced by nickel sintering process with Co coprecipitation and surface modification,the capacity was up to 550 mAh/cm3.The negative electrode was produced by AB5 hydrogen storage alloy with Cu encapsulation and with improved and continuously process.The modified PP separator and electrolyte have been used.The battery cycle life has been increased. The charging temperature has been decreased,the charging efficiency has been improved.
