摘要
本文根据某化学公司一台锅炉的热平衡测试报告,应用热力学第二定律对锅炉进行了热力学分析,明确指出了锅炉运行过程中有效能损耗的部位,证明了这种损耗的数量要比热损失大得多,并提出了减少锅炉有效能损耗,提高锅炉有效能效率的途径。
On the basis of the thermo- balance testing report of a boiler by a certain chemical company and in light of the second thermal law, thermo-dynamic analysis is made of the boiler, resulting in the location of those parts of the boiler where energy losses occur while the boiler is in Operation, losses which are found to be far greater than the heat losses. Finally recommedations are offered as to reducing the energy losses of the boiler and to improving its energy efficiency
