摘要
主要研究 2 0碳钢在 2 0 0~ 5 5 0℃的温度范围内受飞灰冲刷磨损的规律。试验结果表明 ,2 0碳钢在该温度范围内 ,首先随着温度的升高 ,相对磨损量减小 ,当达到一临界温度后 ,则随着温度的升高 ,相对磨损量增大。试验数据处理采用了 2种方法。用多项式非线性回归 ,得出可计算磨损量的计算式 ,并可求得其临界温度。用二元线性分段回归 ,得出了临界点前后的温度指数和速度指数 ,可以此来表征临界点前后温度与速度对磨损的影响。数据处理中 ,考虑了热态试验过程中 。
In this paper,the experimental for impact of flying ash (from 200℃ to 550℃)on 20 carbon steel is carried out. The test result shows that the erosion rate decreases at first as the temperature rises and then increases after the temperature is over a critical temperature. Two methods were used in test data processing. The relationship used to calculate the relative erosion rate and the critical point temperature can be obtained from the multivarable nonlinear regression methed. The temperature exponent to indicate the effect of temperature and the velocity exponent to indicate the effect of impact velocity are obtained from the two facter linearity regression methed. The additional weight due to metal oxidation in the test process is considered in test data processing.
