一栋住宅楼的纠倾

摘要 介绍了一幢拟建 6层 ,当建至 4层时倾斜已超限的多层建筑纠倾工程。本工程采用排式竖向钻孔挤土技术 ,合理利用待施工的两层作为纠偏荷重组合 ,最终将挤土孔在基础周边构成树根桩 ,起到围箍、稳定地基、限制变形发展与提高地基承载力的效果。 In this pape,principle,result and monitoring of rectification by vertical drill holes of stress relief are described briefly.The six storey brick building was constructed in 1998 on the erratic soft soil sediments.After three storeys had been completed,uneven settlement occurred.The tilting amount is more than the allowable differential settlement.For the purpose of structure safety and good use,the rectification technology may be applied to the building.The rectification work is included of vertical drill holes of stress relief and applied dead load of the fifth and sixth storey,which are yet to be built.At the same time,the confined piles surrounding foundationare estabilished on the inclined side.The monitoring result appears that the mentioned method of rectification is success.
