摘要 以极性的乙烯 -丙烯酸共聚物 (EAA)对交联聚乙烯 (XL PE)进行了共混改性 ,使 XL PE由憎水性变为有一定程度的亲水性。分析了实验 XL PE样品中形成水树的原因及抑制水树的机理 ,认为水树形成的条件是在结构缺陷处有水滴形成 ,而抑制的方法就是设法消除水滴的形成。实验中找到了抑制 XL PE中水树形成的最佳 Modified by polar ethylene acrylic acid (EEA) copolymer, XLPE changes from a hydrophobic material into a hydrophilic material. The cause of the generation of water treeing and the mechanism to prohibit it are analyzed. It is concluded that the generation of water treeing is due to water drops present in the defects of XLPE insulation and the method to prevent it is to eliminate the water drops. An optimal EEA content was found for prohibiting water treeing generation by experiment.
