摘要
中性点非有效接地配电网发生单相接地故障时 ,尽快选出故障线路对电网运行有重要意义 ,但选线问题迄今尚未能很好解决。在分析了小电流接地电网发生单相接地时暂态特征的基础上 ,提出应用小波变换提取故障暂态信息 ,实现故障选线的方法。由于利用暂态量 ,该方法适应性、灵敏性均优于现有的基于稳态量方法。
When phase to earth fault occurs on a neutral non direct grounded power system, it is necessary to select the faulted circuit quickly,but so far this has not been done very well.This paper gives a brief analysis firstly to fault transient characteristics of these kinds of system,and then presents a novel fault circuit selecting method.The proposed method utilizes wavelets transform to obtain useful fault transient components,and therefore is superior in adaptability and sensibility to currently used methods in which steady state components are based.
