摘要
以广西电网为研究对象 ,将专家系统技术引入电力系统继电保护整定计算 ,开发了一个实用型的专家系统。在常规知识表示方法的基础上 ,提出了两种新的知识表示方法 ,即基于MS -ACCESS产生式系统和基于MS_ACCESS的框架表示法 ,这使得知识库在算法实现上十分简便。文中还提出了一种“规则驱动”的整定计算思想 ,并使用这一思想开发系统的推理机和整定计算模块。本系统能提供详尽的推理计算过程 ,解释并自动生成满足电力行业标准的定值通知单 ,已成功地运行于广西 2 2 0~ 5 0
The paper regards real electrical grid as research object, and brings expert system technology into the setting calculation of relay protection on power systems. A practicable expert system has been developed successfully. Based on the routine methods of knowledge representation, two sorts of novel knowledge representation methods are presented. They are the MS-ACCESS-based production system and the MS-ACCESS-based frame representation. By these methods, the algorithm of knowledge base can be achieved easily. In this paper, we present a new idea of setting calculation that is 'Rule Driving'. Using this idea, inference machine and setting-calculation model are developed successfully. At the same time, a detail explanation of setting calculation process, a setting-value management system and a setting-value report according to the standard of electrical industry are acquired in this system. The expert system has been running on the 220~500kV power systems in Guangxi province.
