摘要
详细总结分析了接地电阻测量中引起测量异常和测量误差的各种因素 ,得出克服测量异常及减小误差的方法 ,提出构成新接地电阻测量仪的新思路。
The different factors that cause abnormal and error measurement in measuring grounding resistance are described and analyzed in this paper. And the measures against them are presented. An idea that is to develop a new grounding resistance measuring instrument is proposed.
