An opinion on communication with overseas protective relays

介绍了国内监控系统与国外继电保护设备通信时应注意的一些问题 ,并以西门子保护为例 ,剖析了IEC870 - 5 - 10 3标准实时性较差等不足 ,最后提出了在工程中解决问题的方法。

Some experiences are introduced while communicating with overseas protective relays in this paper, and it pointed out the limitation of the IEC870-5-103 standard after analyzing the phenomenon encountered in actual projects.Then a solution is proposed to meet the demands in projects.
