摘要
根据中国电网规划和运行的经验 ,分析了易引起稳定事故的电网结构 ,提出了电网规划中应注意的基本要点 。
On the basis of experience for planning and operating power systems in China, influences of power network composition on stability are analyzed, and key issues in power system planning for improving stability are summarized.
