摘要
利用网络理论 ,对按比例分配原则作出了理论证明并将其推广 ,从而按用户实际使用线路的情况公平合理地收取费用和快速准确地确定各发电机与负荷对输电线路的实际使用程度有了理论依据 。
On the basis of network theory the proportional sharing principle is theoretically proved and extended in this paper. Thus, the theoretical basis is established for collecting charges fair and reasonably. They are charged according to actual employment of transmission lines by customers as well as the actual degrees of employing transmission lines by different generators and loads. The theoretical fundament is provided for the solution of many problems in electricity market.
