摘要 提出了一种 110 k V城市电网及变电站故障元件的在线识别算法。考虑到城网自动化配置的特点 ,该算法采用基于逻辑算法的拓扑关联法 ,首先由实时开关量信息形成网络拓扑结构 ,搜索停电区域 ,然后根据保护动作信息进一步判断故障元件 ,并利用在线遥信遥测信息进行校验 ,快速有效地进行电网实时故障诊断。该算法速度快 ,结果可靠 ,对 110k V系统具有通用性。利用该算法进行故障诊断 ,可诊断到变电站 10 k V出线。它能够有效地帮助运行人员迅速正确地识别故障元件和误动、拒动的开关 ,满足 110 k V中小型城网集控中心在线运行的要求。 An algorithm for on line identification of faulty components in 110kV urban power network is presented. Considering the particular characteristics of automation equipment in urban power systems, the topological correlation method is adopted in this algorithm. First, the topological configuration is formed by use of real time switching information and the outage area is quickly searched out. Then the faulty components are determined by protection action information and the determined result is checked by on line telemetering and telecommunication information, thus, the real time fault diagnosis of urban network is implemented quickly and effectively. This algorithm is fast, reliable and versatile for 110 kV network. With this algorithm, the faulty components, the miss operation and the mal operation of circuit breakers as well as the faults occurred in 10 kV lines can be identified and diagnosed quickly and correctly, therefore, the need of on line operation of control center for middle and small scale urban network is met.
