在综合考虑供电可靠度的经济价值对用户侧影响的基础上 ,提出了一种新的电网规划成本效益分析与评价数学模型 ,并对规划方案进行了分析和评价 ,进一步完善了成本效益分析方法在电网规划工程中的应用。最后 。
On the basis of comprehensively considering the influence of economic value of reliability degree of power supply on consumer side, a new mathematical model of cost benefit analysis and evaluation of power network planning is presented in this paper. Through the analysis and evaluation of a planning for a concrete power system, the application of cost benefit analysis in power system planning is further improved. The effectiveness of this method is validated in some test examples.
