母线槽下料单设计程序的研究与开发

CAD and Development of Production Table of Busbar Trunking System

针对母线槽下料单设计中的公式计算问题 ,提出一种新的智能化的公式计算方法 ,并依此搭建了生成母线槽下料单的计算平台。该平台可以满足不同工厂的需要 ,大幅度地减少计算和填写下料单的工作量和错误 ,实现生产过程的智能化。

Based on calculation problem of the production table of busbar trunking system, a new intelligent algorithm that could be used to calculate the kinds of expressions of busbar trunking system was put forward. In order to satisfy the request of different factories, a platform of calculating expressions was built to create the production table. Thus the time spent on the numerous and jumbled calculation of expressions and filling out report form was greatly reduced, and the intelligence in designing electrical system could be achieved.
