Ocean Industry and Chinese Economy in the 21st Century

本文分析了海洋产业在 2 1世纪的地位 ,国际海洋产业的发展动向 ;根据国际海洋产业发展形势及我国海洋产业发展现状等实际 ,提出了我国海洋产业发展的对策 :树立海洋开发与海防一体化的观念 ;依靠科技进步发展海洋经济 ;发挥区域优势 ,建立合理的海洋产业结构 ;搞好规划 ,突出重点 ,分阶段推进 ;制订海洋开发的优惠政策 ;实行开发与生态保护相结合 ;加强国际合作。

This article analyzes the status of ocean industry in the 21st century, the trend of international ocean industry, and proposes measures of Chinese ocean industry development: unification ocean exploitation with ocean defense; developing ocean industry relying on technology; establishment rational structure of ocean industry and exterting area advantages; making projects with priority and advancing them; making preferential policies of ocean exploitation, unification exploitation with environment protect, and promoting international corporation.
