摘要
纤维球滤料由于具有可压缩性以及可以形成理想的孔隙分布等特点 ,使其在油田废水过滤处理工艺中具有非常大的应用潜力 ,但是由于纤维滤料表面极强的亲油性 ,使得纤维吸附油后不能冲洗干净 ,所以到目前为止 ,纤维球滤料仍然没有在油田废水的过滤处理中推广应用。为了克服纤维滤料的这一缺点 ,作者做了大量的关于纤维滤料防油改性的研究。主要从防油改性纤维的化学变化以及实际过滤除油效果等方面对研究结果进行介绍。
Fiber ball filtration medium is very potential for the oil field refilling water treatment because it is compressible and easy to form ideal distribution of porous structure. But the backwashing of this media is imperfect due to the strong olephilic tendency of the material. So the application is obstructed. The researches and experiments conducted by the authors of this paper improve the oil proof capability of the material and some hopeful results have been obtained.
