在坚持劳动 (抽象劳动 )是形成商品价值的唯一源泉和实体的基础上 ,要不断丰富和发展劳动价值理论。在市场经济条件下脑力劳动者实行按劳分配 ,要采取更强的激励和约束机制。按生产要素分配是否会产生剥削 ,不能一概而论 。

We should always enrich and develop the theory of labor creating value , on the base of abstract labor is the sole source and substance to form the value of commodity. We should build stronger encouragement and control system about the distribution according to work on mental workers in market economy. Whether the exploitation can arise can't be lumped together when distributing according to factor of production , we should analyse accrding to concrete conditions .
