摘要
Problems that should be paid attention to in the international on line novelty checking are discussed,including analyzing the subject for novelty checking comprehensively,mastering the content and innovation of the subject for novelty checking,considering all kinds of possibilities and avoiding unnecessary waste,stressing the main points of the comprehensive project,dividing one project into several retrievals if necessary and paying special attention to retrieving technical indices.
