摘要
计划生育系列保险在农村已推行 10多年 ,目前呈现整体萎缩状态。就此问题选择山西三个县走访并查阅原始资料 ,据此分析了开展计划生育系列保险的制约因素 。
The authors first point out in the article that the series of family planning insurance is now experiencing a depression after the development of over ten years, then discuss accordingly its restrictive factors based on their interview investigation in three counties of Shanxi Province, and finally offer their solutions to its maintenance and development .
