论新世纪中国高校学报编辑的品格修养

On the moral consciousness for editors of university journals in the new century

本文根据高校学报生产、积累和传播高品位精神产品的本质特征与学报编辑再创造性劳动的特点，以及新世纪我们面临的由经济转型而导致的文化解构、整合、重构所出现的复杂社会状况，从安贫乐道的角色意识定位、“为人作嫁”的奉献精神、“慎独”境界的修持等方面论述了学报编辑的个人品格修养问题，提出了编辑学中关于编辑主体的道德修养课题的一己之见。

Based on the essential features of university journals which manufacture,accumulate and propagate high-grade spiritual products, on the unique characteristics of the re-creative labor on the part of editors of university journals, and especially on the social complexity in the course from cultural disintegration through cultural integration to cultural reconstruction owing to reshuffle in the twenty-first century, this paper deals with the role orientation of the repose-in-poverty-and-delight-in-wisdom consciousness and the devote-oneself-to-the-good-of-others spirit and the remain- integrity-conscious-even-when-staying-alone realm of thought on the part of editors of university journals.
