高校图书馆是培养大学生思想道德素质的特殊基地 ,是培养大学生科学文化素质的摇篮 ,是培养大学生创新能力的科学殿堂 ,是观察。
Libraries of colleges and universities are the special base for the cultivation of students' thinking and morals, a cradle for the cultivation of their culture,a temple for the cultivation of their creative ability and the best window for their observation and understanding of society.
