Microeconomic control is necessary in the development of modern market economy and the socialist market economy should be based on the efficient microeconomic control guided by the perfect theoretical system of microeconomic control. This article pointed out some short comings existed in the present theoretical system of national microeconomic control and furthered into how to perfect the theoretical system of microeconomic control.
