我省高校校园文化建设的主流是健康向上的 ,但也存在一些问题。在新的形势下 ,加强校园文化建设 ,一是应把培养全面发展的合格人才作为校园文化建设的最终目标和指导思想 ;二是应重视加强校园环境建设 ;三是应积极开展各种形式的校园文化活动。其具体措施可以为 :抓规划 ,促进校园文化建设健康有序发展 ;抓重点 ,提升校园文化的品位 ;抓特色 ,形成独特的校园文化内涵 ;抓结合 。

The main trend of the construction of the campus culture of the colleges of He′nan province is sound.In the new circumstances,strengthening the construction of the campus culture requires to define the goal and guiding thoughts of training the over all developed talents,to strengthen environmental construction of the campus culture,to hold all sorts of activities of the campus culture.The specific countermeasures are:to pay attention to program to promote its development healthily and methodically,to pay attention to characteristic to form an unique connotation of the campus cluture,to pay attention to combinations to promote its coordination and development,to pay attention to emphasis to raise its grade,to pay attention to education to raise the whole culture consciousness of the students.
