股份合作制实践中存在的问题及对策研究

Stock collaboration system's problems in practice and its countermeasure

股份合作制是 2 0世纪 80年代我国农村改革与发展中出现的一种企业组织形式 ,2 0世纪90年代呈现出大发展的势头。但在其实践中仍存在一系列的问题 ,如 :改造行为不规范 ;股权设置模糊 ,产权关系不明晰 ;分配关系混乱 ,不能形成稳定的激励机制 ;企业内规章制度、治理机构不健全 ;生产要素流动不畅等。对股份合作制实践中存在的问题应采取减少行政干预、进一步建立健全规章制度、提高现代化管理水平、突破股份合作制自身的制度缺陷等措施 。

Stock collaboration system is a kind of corporation organized emerged during the reformation and development in our country in 1980's and it had a good development trend in 1990's.But it has a series of problems in practice.For example, the alteration action is not standard,the stock right is vague;property right is not clear, distribution is confused and so on.To these problems in practice,some actions should be taken to reduce the government's intervention,to establish more clear rules,to improve the level of moden management,to breach the shortcomings of stock collaboration system,so as to make it perfect.
