摘要
随着高校改革的深化,高等学校的内部管理体制也进一步走向制度化、科学化,作为学校指挥系统中的重要部门,校长办公室的功能、作用也在发生深刻的变化,其中协调职能变得越来越重要。为适应高校管理的新情况,校长办公室协调工作的基本原则应该是:1.坚持整体性原则;2.坚持实事求是、公正合理原则;3.坚持原则性与灵活性相结合的原则;4.坚持服务性原则。协调工作的基本方法是:1.将协调工作寓于协商之中;2.组织协作解决协调的问题;3.充分发挥校领导的权威作用;4.发扬民主贯彻以人为本的原则。
As the reform in institutions of higher education is intensified, the internal administration in the institutions will step towards being systematic and scientific as well. As an important department in administrative system of the institutions, the president office is experiencing changes in terms of its functions and role, among which is the function of coordination, one that will increasing importance. To adjust to new circumstances that arise in reform on administration, the coordinating work of the President Office should adhere to the following basic Principles: 1. the principle of integration; 2. the principle of seeking truth from fact, being fair and rational; 3. the Principle of combining regulations with flexibility; 4. The principle of serving the People. The basic methods of coordination will be: 1. incorporating coordination into consultation; 2. sorting out problems through organization and cooperation; 3. stressing communication between the higher and lower levels, giving full play to authority of school leadership; 4. developing a democratic style of work, basing the work on humanity.
